You are that unit of life needed to build back a great nation. Our egg!
Idea is all you need to become vibrant and full of life again to generate a vision for life’s direction.
Every vision needs to be written in plain language, read, understood and Policy developed around it for implementation.
There is a disconnect in leadership in our country, political leaders speak without any interest in feed back from the people, same is the attitude of most Church leadership.
Corporate governance is however different, little wonder the strand holding our economy is the private sector.
This disconnect is of concern, and we desire to fix it. For the first time in our 3 year of conferencing, the pew will be speaking to the pulpit, the people to the palace.
Our speaking quartet on transformation are some of the very best for the job.

*2. Olusegun Osilowo. Our ideal coach on ideas. A financial expert who has transversed the industries of banking, oil and gas (downstream), and telecommunications triumphantly through ideas. He will bring to the table his wealth of knowledge as a KPNG trained professional and his passion in Christian ministry, as we Make Nigeria Great Again. Osilowo is a must heard on how you can become the “Central Bank” upon which national economy can thrives.
3. “Mr Policy” Dr. Sam Ohuabunwa, he has been part of meaningful policy drawn to get Nigeria to work, vision 2010, vision 2020 and Chairman Nigeria Economic Summit Group. Using his Policy model, Fizer transformed to Niemieth successfully with a 300 million dollars capitalization project. Ohuabunwa will present a people focused policy on what to make of Nigeria in a 100 years from Now.
4. Gen. Pat Akem, our transformational leadership coach, is the best most practical leadership expert in Nigeria that I have ever heard, I heard him once and I was hooked. Believe me, Akem has what it will take to get us all to be patriotic and rise with passion to build ourselves and our nation.
